Morgan W. Kavanaugh


Morgan KavanaughMorgan Kavanaugh began working for Wilkerson as a civil litigation law clerk, while earning his Juris Doctor from William Mitchell College of Law.  While in law school, he earned the recognition of Achievement in Public Service, participated in the Rosalie Wahl Moot Court Competition, and made the Dean’s list two semesters. Morgan graduated from William Mitchell magna cum laude and following his admission to practice in the State of Minnesota, joined Wilkerson as an associate attorney. Morgan is also an Asst. Adjunct Professor at William Mitchell College of Law.

Morgan’s practice includes both civil litigation and real estate transactional work.  He focuses his practice in the areas of real estate law, general commercial litigation, and collections. His clients include commercial landlords and tenants, lenders, developers, homeowner associations, and title companies, as well as small business owners and individuals.

Morgan graduated from the University of Minnesota in 2007, with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History.  During his undergraduate studies, Morgan made the Dean’s list three semesters and achieved second language proficiency. During his sophomore year, Morgan joined the United States Army Reserves, and is currently a sergeant in the Army Reserves assigned to Fort Snelling, MN.

Morgan enjoys spending his free time playing golf, watching Twins baseball, and enjoying the outdoors with family and friends.
