Gary C. Wilkerson

Gary has been practicing law in the area of real estate since 1979 and primarily focuses his expertise in the areas of land acquisition, financing and commercial leases. Gary’s expertise in real property law also enables him to do a significant amount of work in the title industry.  He is admitted to practice law in the State of Minnesota and the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota.  He is certified as a Real Property Law Specialist by the Minnesota State Bar Association.

After working for years in private practice, Gary formed Wilkerson & Hegna, P.L.L.P. in 1989 with Kyle Hegna.  Gary represents a wide array of clients; from developers, commercial landlords and tenants, financial institutions, title companies, contractors and real estate businesses, to individuals wishing to buy or lease.

Gary graduated with a Juris Doctor from the University of Denver College of Law in 1979 and earned his Bachelor of Arts from St. Olaf College in 1976. Gary is also a member of the American Bar Association, Minnesota Bar Association and the Hennepin County Bar Association – Real Property Section.
